I was travelling down from south beach to key west and had a trapped nerve in my shoulder I reached out to Dr Jason Pirozzolo in the morning he saw me same day at 4pm saw a triage nurse took blood pressure then saw Dr Jason he examined me gave me a steroid injection in my backside & two prescriptions for pills i was out of there by 4.20 brilliant service from everyone there it cost me £150 which I thought was more than reasonable. He also emailed the following morning to see if I was ok. If your on holiday and you get into difficulty go see these guys puts the service back in the UK to shame.”

“Recently, I have been experiencing sharp pain at the base of my thumb when I stretch out my hand. I haven’t wanted to go into a hospital for finger pain, but I heard through the grapevine about Key West concierge orthopedics and doctor Jason Pirozzolo, he is an orthopedic specialist. “The feature that stood out from my visit with Dr. Jason Pirozzolo and Key West Concierge Orthopedics was the total respect for me the patient during the entire process. I was greeted immediately by the front office staff and attention was given to my visit. I feel like every other patient in the waiting room looked content, no one looked unhappy. After a short wait, the nurse took me back to the examining room and took my vitals and asked if I had any concerns or questions for the doctor. When Dr. Jason entered, he knew my name without consulting a form or computer. He thoroughly discussed the results of my most recent xrays and explained their meanings. Dr. Pirozzolo then detailed my options to avoid surgery and speed up healing, discussed my medical concerns and explained supplements that could help ease discomfort. “I recently completed PRP (platelet rich plasma) therapy on my left shoulder. I been an aggressive athlete with my body and after years of jiujitsu and flag football with CrossFit, my shoulder has some tendinitis. I wanted to avoid surgery; so after diligently doing X-rays, MRIs and some steroid treatment I’ve decided to give PRP a chance. I had a great experience with the guidance of the staff who performed the procedure. They were very professional, very clean and neat. From the Nurses to the Provider Dr. Jason. The injection was not painful and I was explained what to expect. Is important to understand that some pain after the procedure is expected, and remember; pain means the treatment is working!! That is a good thing! So don’t freak out and learn to trust the process. I been giving my shoulder rest as recommended, stretching and now I’m starting to do therapy to build muscle on my shoulder and make it stronger. So far 4-5 weeks out! I’m able to do the normal activities that cause pain like a simple task of washing my face with absolutely no pain. After I arrived, I was greeted by the doctor within a few minutes and was taken to the x-ray room. I know how busy it can be, and how important it is to have a fully functioning machine of a team to keep things running smoothly, all while making sure each patient is taken care of properly and given time to address their individual issue. That being said, I have to give HUGE kudos to Dr. Jason Pirozzolo and Key West Concierge Orthopedics. When I was in town and twisted my ankle, I thought for sure I had fractured something. I looked up urgent cares thinking there was no way I could get to see an orthopedic specialist, but to my surprise Dr. Pirozzolo was available same day, and is an ortho specialist!! I went in the middle of the day, and didn’t have much of a wait before I was taken to a room and greeted by a fellow PA and Dr. Pirozzolo. After he examined my ankle, he didn’t think anything was fractured, but since I felt some pain he recommended an X-ray just to be sure. I was shocked at how quickly I was in and out of the X-ray room, and the X-ray tech was really sweet. Thankfully nothing was broken and I just ended up with a pretty purple bruise. Not only does he specialize in orthopedics, but also sports medicine, and works inside an urgent care so he sees all sorts of injuries and illnesses. My most recent visit was because my wrists have been aching, usually after a long day at work where they are definitely put to work. Dr. Jason listens carefully and took everything I said into account when he made his recommendations. He also gave me some modifications I can easily use while at work. “Dr Jason Pirozzolo and Kelly Grzybowski , NP provided me with exceptional care when I came into Advanced Urgent Care with fevers, chills, and back pain. The nurse first placed an IV (to only stick me once), drew blood off the IV, gave me fluids for I was severely dehydrated, and they did a renal ultrasound. The imaging showed I had an infected kidney stone ~24mm in size, and both Dr. Jason & Kelly, NP recommended I go to the hospital for IV antibiotics and intervention. Their guidance, care and advice saved my kidney from failing, for the ureter was blocked causing hydronephrosis. I ended up having surgery at Kendall hospital in Miami to remove the stone. These providers showed compassion and understanding. While other providers back home had just given me antibiotics for UTI-like symptoms, Dr. Jason & Kelly, NP knew imaging was necessary. They even contacted me while I was in the hospital to see how I was doing. I am so incredibly thankful for these providers here in Key West!”

“I’ve been in to see Dr. Pirozzolo at OHSA before, but this time was for my hand. Recently, I had issues opening my palm fully, turns out it was trigger finger. I was hoping I didn’t need surgery, and know Dr. Pirozzolo would be honest with me. Luckily, he said an injection to help with the release should do the trick! It was pretty fascinating to watch. I was numbed a bit, then using an ultrasound, he was able to see where the needle was going to put the solution in. It was painless and almost immediately after I was able to open and close my palm. “The whole team at OHSA were great! It was my first time seeing Dr. Pirozzolo so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But the moment I walked in the wonderful lady at the front desk attended to me right away. My appointment was at 8am but I got there at 7:30 to do paperwork and the waiting room was already full of people. They were being called back right away so my wait time was not long at all and I was taken back before 8. Once I was called back the x-ray technician took x-rays of my hands and had me in the doctors office literally in minutes. My primary doctor told me the pain in my hands were caused by age (I’m only 49) and there is nothing he can do for me about the swelling and pain. Dr Pirozzollo told me exactly what was wrong with my hands and fingers and was able to give me a shot that would relieve all the pain and swelling I was experiencing. To top that he said it was not a temporary fix. With proper care I should no longer feel pain again. A far cry from what my primary doc said.”

“I hurt my thumb pretty bad bowling and ended up coming to Orlando Hand Surgery to have it looked at. You’re able to fill out all the paperwork online prior to your appointment, which speeds up the process. They also take x-rays on site, which is awesome! The doctor is able to look at the x-rays right at your appointment and let you know what’s wrong. I ended up spraining my thumb severely and needed to get back to bowling ASAP. Dr. P. was able to fix me up fairly quickly with some added physical therapy and I’m back to bowling, as good as new!
